Many of us Christ followers I’ve noticed are either afraid to share what happens in their personal time with the Father.
To the other extreme all they ever do are boasting about what happens in their personal time with the Father, and are afraid to share that there are moments of doubt.
I’ve started to believe there is a healthiness of doubt that is actually encompassed in Faith.
Doubt of promises in the right context brings us to our knees to ask God to help our unbelief.
23 Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”
24 Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!” Mark 9:23-24 NKJ
Here are secrets of a man that has doubts at times, but which those very doubts stirs up his Faith to press in to know Him more.
All the moments I’ve been alone with God, there has been pain and discomfort.
All the moments I’ve been alone with God healing, and courage has come.
All the moments I’ve been alone with God, I begin to see how frail and independent on myself I have become.
All the moments I’ve been alone with God, I’ve seen how strong He has made me, and all the thing we can do together when I Co-Labor with Him.
All the moments I’ve been alone with God, I’ve lost parts of my self.
All the moments I’ve been alone with God, I’ve found new parts of His love.
All the moments I’ve been alone with God, I’ve become selfish and dreamed only about me.
All the moments I’ve been alone with God, I was challenged to see my dreams were never truly for me, but for people to finally know the heart of God.
All the moments I’ve been alone with God, have been my greatest moments of breath.
All the moments I’ve been alone with God, I’ve realized how little I am and how big He is.
All the moments I’ve been alone with God, my doubts have been turned to a greater measure of faith.
All the moments I’ve been alone with God fear, anxiety, worry, chaos, storms, and loneliness have been removed and replaced with Peace.
If you let doubt control you, you’ll never reach for the Fathers hand for guidance.
Yet if you funnel the unbelief at those moments in your life to grab His hand for understanding of His heart,
You’ll always be brought to wonder, and your faith will be increased.
