I recently spent four day at ARC Conference 2015.
If you have never heard of what ARC is, it’s meaning is ; Association of Related Churches.
They plant Churches across the world and are one of the greatest movements I have been able to be apart of.
For those who feel the drawing and tugging to plant a church ARC helps you plant a church and challenges you to not do ministry alone.
Roughly around 3,000 pastors and church leaders come together to get refreshed and filled up to continue doing what God has called them to do at the ARC Conference.
As an intern in a ministry school from an ARC church for the past 3 years, I have had the privilege to serve at these conferences.
Out of all this relentless serving, from early mornings to late nights; God continues to show His faithfulness when we serve with a heart of honor and willingness for those above us and not for ourselves.
God loves to use this event to grow relationships more or start new ones in others and my life.
God continues to bring men and women that have similar passions and visions, but different ways to accomplish them.
It is crazy how the Father lines peoples lives up to be intertwined. Maybe its not even for the season you are in today, but there is a time for everything.
Maybe the relationship just sort of happened; ask the Father on what He has in store and it might just blow your mind.
When you help others pursue their dreams, if you don’t have one, He may just give you one, or if you do have one, He may just bring the right people around you that have dreams that line up with yours and can accomplish them together.
Help others. Love on others. Serve Others. Encourage Others. Pray over Others. Sow seeds into others lives.
Soon enough those “others” will do those things for you. (But you must not grow weary of doing good and not do those things expecting a return.)
Stay faithful being a servant all the days of your life. There is no other type of leader. All those other so called “leaders” that don’t serve, are just bosses trying to wear a shepherds cloak.
Be a shepherd. Not anything else.
Be willing to smell like your sheep.
Be willing to be a father to the fatherless.
Willing. That’s all He needs us to be in whatever we do.
Isaiah 1:19 “If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land;
Be Faithful to the doors He has opened or even closed for you. Though they may seem like hobbit doors, stay faithful to the “small” that He may be able to trust you with the “castle”.
Its Only The Beginning. Stay Faithful.
