I continue to sit on this in my spirit and in my mind. Those of us that are dreamers, and “visionaries”  we love to look into the future and fix our eyes upon it and of “oh how great it is going to be once I get there” and we can’t get our focus off of it. Mostly these things consume our daily thoughts and life’s.

We get consumed with the thoughts of the future that we completely forget about the steps needed for us today to take to get ourselves there.

Then we have those people that are only ever thinking about how their past effects themselves, and changes them into who they are. Even the people that they only look at in the past of how much someone has hurt you, or how much we stunk at doing something.

How we are only thinking of either our scars from our past, or the mountains that God has gotten us over that we get so focused on those things that we forget that the past mistakes are thrown as far as the east Is from the west.

Our past isn’t suppose to control us or dictate how we should be today, it is only a reference point to show what the Grace filled God has done for us.

Hear me out, both of those things are not bad, neither are greater then the other or lesser. They both are extremely important in our life’s, But if we get caught up in one of those we will actually get lost in our thoughts of yesterday, or tomorrow and we will completely forget about today.

We need to come to the realization that today is a gift. God woke us up this morning, not our alarm clock. God gave you that last breath you took. God gave you strength in your legs to take a step into school or your job today. (If you can’t walk I believe the Word which Is the Truth and the Word Says you are healed so Start to proclaim that over yourself and the truth will start taking hold and set you free and heal.)

The talents God has given you today are for you to do something for someone, or to start taking steps into your future. He has blessed us in uncountable ways. He has given us are for things today, not just for tomorrow, or talk of what God has done yesterday, but God wants to take you from Glory to Glory.

He wants you to realize this, that He needs you today, to Love people. He needs you today, to show mercy, He needs you today, to forgive, He needs you today, to take a step, He needs you today, to be passionate, He needs you today, to be used for healings and miracles, He needs you today to be obedient to His voice. He needs you today, to be YOU, not the person beside or in front or even behind you.

Stop chasing shadows of other peoples callings, He needs you today to walk in your calling, and if you don’t know what that is all you need to do is Love everyone around you today, like Jesus Loves you today !
He will continue to reveal the picture to you day by day of your future, But get more caught up and overwhelmed by His Love for you today, then His plan for you tomorrow.

Lets be found by Him today.
