Today has been such a blessed day for me. We where able to conjoin specific teams in 24/7 today. If you are new to my blog I am in a college called TwentyFourSeven, It is a Ministry school and I am learning and being trained up to become a Pastor of world changers one day in a church. Through this program we are placed upon teams of people we do not know anything about, and start to do life together.

We go through events and trips together, and me being a second year of this program, I am placed as the head over a specific team. So Today we had a fellow second year come join on our team. She did not start out on our team in the beginning of the year but because of some stuff we had her moved to our team. It truly is a blessing, and I am excited to see where God continues to take this team and see what HE has instore.

Having this happen it made me go back to the foundation of our team. It made me think of what we built our team on and the vision and the dreams we had for it. Made me rethink and reminisce on somethings from the beginning of the year. As I continued to look back on the foundation God spoke to me and challenged me with if we were keeping the foundation we said we would which was Jesus, and that if we are being the tangible presence of the Living God.

As I looked I saw the great favor and the blessing that this team of mine has. We truly have been keeping to this foundation and we have been blessed because of being obedient. My team, they have grown so much in a matter of 3 months. They have grown in an extraordinary measure and I continue to pray and seek for them for the future months.

Like always God makes me think a little deeper and what He was trying to get across to me about the foundation. Finally after a little while I started to understand why, He was challenging me not because we were not doing but because He wants to always continue to remind me Who I am getting authority from Who I am speaking from, Who gives me power, Who gave me the blessing of being in this school, Who gave me my abilities, Who gave me wisdom and discernment for the team. He always wants me to focus on the foundation not the house that is being built upon it.

Yes, the house may be gorgeous and growing and being built very fast, but I must remember without the Foundation the house that we try and build will always fall to the ground and fail. The importance of remembering this foundation of Jesus is the most important thing of a young man or woman wanting to grow in God deeper. Because without this foundation of Jesus everything we ever try to do will fail…

When we build along side of God on the foundation of Jesus that is whenever we see the true beauty of God, and the true beauty God has instore for us. We also must always remember we are not to build our own house but the very house of God. If we are trying build our own house on the foundation of Jesus we are being prideful and thinking our plans and our designs for our own life is better than what He has instore.
