My year so far in TwentyFourSeven has consisted of being on an amazing 12 person team. They are now my family, not just my closest friends. I have had the amazing opportunity to do life with these twelve these past 10 month. I would not be who I am today without my team leader (aka Cadre), Cameron, Kyle, Emily, Gavin & Kara.

I would never change anyone on this team, even though there has been rough steps on the way, I would jump in front of a bullet for every single one of them. We have gone through multiple trips that have tested that “status” as a family, and it has stood strong to this day. I will forever, be a member of team Zelos.

Personally I have grown in the area of being a young leader in growing ministries be able to have leadership positions, also learning to stand alongside other young leaders. When I need to take charge and when to stand by and let other leaders take it. It is crazy for me to look back to the beginning of this year and see how I have grown in so many different ways from Integrity, Honor, Excellence, Understanding, Peace, My personal Faith, and most definitely Patience.

I am nowhere near perfect just because of this program, the reasons I have been growing in these ways is because of God speaking through the leaders of this program and into my life. Also because of the drive these leaders have put for me to dig in on my own.

This program of mine, it has shown me the things I need to work on and the things I must continue to grow in, and even the things God has already has grown in me, and is showing through me daily. They have encouraged me in ways that I do well at, and encouraged me in the ways I do not do well at. Because of this program, it has given me a new drive for Excellence in everything I do, and I definitely will continue striving to be the best man of God I can be.
